How do I get money back

I made a payment for a job but they said it's not available no more, can I get my money back and if so how?

Marcel... you do not get your money back for every credit request for whichever reason in the drop down menu. You get an average percentage back. The percentage number, I do not know. All I can say is, some you do and some you don’t. I have been in your position before many times! J Ireland Plumber
