Hello David Probably heater oven, often burn those on the heater fan (back of oven) or thermostat. Also if the oven has an additional heater can be checked (bottom or side) and then exclude the thermostat. Best Chris

I have an issue with my electric oven, its not heating up. I think the element has gone, I need it replaced and fitted asap. It's a Flavel double oven. Thanks.
