Flat roof Canons park Stanmore area London l

Replacement of the flat roof on an extension of the kitchen. size5.5 (6 meters with side fold in case) meters by 4 meters. it has 2 gutters water in the drain connection. It may need flashing where it connects with main house 5 meters. Not leaking at present but bubbling at places. Want to do job sometime second half in April but not fixed timing as when to start the work
