Hi Colin Did the engineer drain down the system in order to install the new pump or was he able to isolate from the pump valves? Is the new pump a like for like? Is it set to the correct speed for the size of the system? Sludge may have been disturbed if he did a full drain down. Sometimes there is a build up of sludge in the feed & expansion cistern and as the system is drained this ends up running through the pipe work and can cause blockages. It's difficult to assess the situation blindly. It can take a few days to settle itself as this type of system is fantastic left undisturbed but as soon as work is done to them that's when this can go wrong. Might be best if you leave it for a few days and if the problem still persists I would call the engineer back to have a second look. Best of luck. Sam (eps)
