Iv advised the client that there electrical and gas supp is unsafe, shes not going to do anything about it, this is really dangerous! what do I do?

There is not a lot you can do. My advise would be to advise said client in writing what you have found and explain why you think it is dangerous and they should do something about it. Also get in contact immediately with any governing bodies and let them know you're concern. You should mention in writing that you are going to report it. This then creates a paper trail and covers your back if anything goes wrong.
