Hi Kim, To give a rating, you'll need to log into your account or launch the Find a Tradesman mobile app and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation to view the list of jobs that you have posted through Rated People. After this, you can select the relevant job from the list and click the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesman who completed the work. Best Wishes, Natalie The Ask an Expert Team
