Installing an internal aerial and distribution unit in a new build

I have just moved into a new build and there is no aerial installed. We are not allowed to install an external aerial and we have 6 rooms where coax cabling has been wired to. The wires all end in the loft. Do I need to get a distribution unit installed as well as an aerial and is there a particular type of aerial or distribution unit I need?
