Swap TV on wall bracket for my new 1

How do I get TV taken down and bracket on my new TV then up in place of the old one. Existing bracket is being used but I have a disability and can't do it myself or I would. It's a 2 person job I think as the one coming down weighs a lot something like 34kg new TV is lighter
