New Build House - sky cable in attic

Just moved into a new home, pre-wired for sky. The dish cable is in the attic but sky won’t go into the loft. Who can I get to do the prep work so sky can install my dish. I don’t know what I’d be doing... I assume it just needs someone to go into the attic, find the cable, create an opening for the cable to outside and secure it from the elements until sky can come back.
