I appreciate you have a policy that if I buy a job I can only claim so many back if I am unable to quote, but this is not fair, if I buy a job and the customer doesn't answer or respond and I have had alot that I've been unable to quote. It is not my fault if a customer does not respond to me and I should not be expected to pay for a job I'm unable to quote for
Michael. This also frustrates me. I bought a lead for a decent job for around £38.00 and then messaged and emailed the contact details. NO REPLY.
Tried to ask for a refund using the app and it was declined because I reached 20% - its a joke.
