Cordless phone extension

I recently changed to a bundle which includes tv, broadband and landline. For landline I get a Binatone viva 1900 twin set of phones. I would like a third phone extension to upstairs room. I have a new Gigaset handset. I have been unable to get this to work as an extension. Is this possible. Or, is it possible to buy a Binatone extension (a cradle rather than base) which will work with the other two phones

You would either need a telephone socket in the room to use that phone or you would have to purchase another binatone viva phone to work with your current base station.
