Purchased leads

I have recently joined rated people & have not had the chance to provide a quote on the majority of my purchased leads apart from one,does this mean I am entitled to a refund on job leads & if so how do I go about doing this for each job I haven't been able to quote for or had no response from customer?

You can request a refund mate. If the customer doesn't give you the chance to quote you may be eligible for a refund. Not all the time though.

Contact customer services straight away as the longer you wait the less the chance of getting a refund I've had the same problems and Leary that if the customer doesn't response in 48 hours I need to call customer service and ask for a refund cause the leads are not cheap
