How can I request credit back for a lead I could not quote for?
To request credit back for a lead you could not quote for, please follow the steps below:
- Select 'Profile' If you're using our app, you'll find this option at the bottom of your screen. For website users, it's located in the panel at the top of your page
- Locate the lead that you would like to try to claim the credit back for
- Select ‘More’ and then ‘I could not quote’
If you have reached your refund limit, we will advise you of this. If not, a series of options will be presented to you, please select the option that applies to your circumstance.
