The fault with the old kitchen fan was found. On replacing the fan. The job went from good to bad. The new kitchen fan badly fitted in angle, not straight and left a small gap between the tiles and wall. For what we paid in labour at £160.00 .Paid £75.00 for new kitchen fan. Total spend £235.00. We would have thought the job would be done properly. Very expensive job as now will have to get kitchen fan put right. Not even reply to Text sent to say about the above! Very disappointed.
Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.
