Mark visited promptly to assess the situation and made some suggestions. The problem looked like damp, but in order to be sure he returned the following day with a damp meter. It wasn't damp, and consequently Mark didn't get a job on this occasion. I would rate this a six star performance for honesty and efficiency!! I will definitely use him in future.

mark is a first class craftsman and a good bloke - he listens to your requirements and does his best to meet them in the timescale required at the price agreed - i have no qualms or reservations in recommending him for any job required of him

Very fast response. Job completed very quickly to our satisfaction. Would recommend. Review would have been 5 stars if we had received an invoice and been given the details of a business bank account to transfer the money to.

My only criticism is that I was not contacted when the old ceiling was removed and more work was required to get a professional finish to the job. As a result I am having to bring in another plasterer to make the ceiling and wall meet!

Arrived on time for quote after changing appointment day. Saying will quite in about three days. Has not got back to us even to be polite in saying he couldn't help us. I have left him a message but still no contact from him. VERY POOR SERVICE.

I originally gave a five star rating. However, failure to respond to repeated requests for certification of the work done and subsequently being advised that my consumer unit had been left in a dangerous state means that this has to be revised. One star because I cannot see how to award no stars. Disappointingly unsatisfactory.

Greg contacted me within 30 minutes of putting the job on the rated people site. Within a further 90 minutes he had come to the house given me a quote and agreed a day to do the job. Was efficient, tidy and would use again.

A few weeks after the repair the first problem occurred, I called them but they wanted to charge me a call out fee of £49.00 to have a look at it after I paid £150.00 to have it repaired. I refused thus called a different locksmith who noted that the cylinder was too short for the new lock and page security should have known this and changed it while fitting the new lock. Now I have a temperamental lock that works 1/20 called them again and was told I have to pay £49.00 to have someone look at it.

Awful! I put the job out as 'urgent', he said he would call the following day, I then received a phone call at 9:30pm, saying that he couldn't do the job until the day after, then the next day, he said the same thing. So at 10am, 2 days later than originally arranged, he doesn't show up, ignores my phone call no texts,so I ring off a different phone, and he answers, then plays dumb, saying, ' but we arranged for tomorrow', I could go on, but you get what I'm saying. 100% not recommending this tradesman!
