Unprofessional and didn't listen to instructions. Was not on time and unprepared for the enormity of the job. Job on the back was satisfactory but desimated the front so that it was worse than when he started. Didn't cut the grass and wiped out most of the shrubs and flowers we had growing in the garden. Did not weed the flower beds or edge the lawn in the front. Overall we will not be having him back to maintain the garden.

Aberdean builders did a great job on the re pointing, there was a slight issue in regards to the original quote for the work increasing due to the wrong sq metre's being measured by myself, it would have been better to have this measured before the job was started. Although the builder was reasonable in coming to an agreement on the price.

Ashley was punctual, polite and extremely hard working, carried out all the work to a high standard and left the garden looking totally transformed. I would certainly be using him again.

We had a couple of awkward unfinished jobs in our garden and needed some help to finish them. Alex helped suggest options and gave us a quote, which we were happy with. The work was done efficiently and to a really high standard. We were so impressed and it's made a huge difference to our garden. Would use again and would recommend to anyone who needs work doing. Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.

I first thought it was going to cost too much but they worked very hard, we were very impressed that they worked so hard during the very hot weather. Excellent work l would highly recommend.

If you want building work done then GN Building Services are brilliant, not just excellent!. Before we said to go ahead he had introduced us to four former clients and showed us the work completed. He and his team are probably the hardest working tradesmen I have ever come across and talk about working to time and budget. I should really keep this review quiet as they are very much in demand and I need some more work doing - but I can not rate them highly enough.

Really really happy with the all-round service from Vanda, Steve and the team. They were really helpful, punctual and did a fantastic job of removing a supporting wall, helping project manage and sort out issues with our kitchen delivery. We absolutely love our kitchen and this is down to their fantastic work. Highly recommend!

Chris and Dan are v professional and polite. They have competitive prices which does not mean that they scrimp on the high quality of their work. Chris contacted me immediately, met me that evening and commenced work within days - v efficient. The completed work was done to a high standard and the property was left neat and tidy (v, refreshing for tradesman!!) They will advise on work that would be useful but leave the final decision to you which illustrates their knowledge in their field of work.
