Unfortunately I can't leave no stars ad that is all this so called building company deserves.They are also unable to tell the truth in their response to Our review.No it wasn't a 3mm drop, when he went back to b+q to get more products to further his bodge up My Wife measured the drop(he claimed at the time it was 5mm.can't even remember his own lies)The drop was 13 mm.Ues He came back and had a 2nd attempt to rectify the bodged job,making an even worse mess.By this time We were both sick to death of him

was a bit premature with my review, it is now March and job was started in Nov/Dec. Still waiting for edging to be attached to worktops, after being told they would be done about 4 weeks ago. My wife stayed in all day, but no show and no message or apology. Also wasn't consulted about which way the pelmets were fitted, although there was someone in the house all day. Consequently had to buy extra pelmet so they could be done again, no apology and refused to give the cost of the pelmet. Communication poor.

We had water damage to our bedroom ceiling and down stairs wall. Kyle came out and sorted the problem. From start to finish Kyle was absolutely incredible nothing was too much trouble he offered friendly advice and gave an explanation as to everything he did. Marcus and Jamie fitted a kitchen and floor for us last year. Marcus said after they were finally finished that it had been one of the most awkward and most problematic kitchens they had ever done. Not through any fault of theirs. Wrong parts delivered and endless new unforseen issues. All handled with patience & understanding. Jason and his partner fitter a new bathroom for me, including all new plasterboard etc as water had gotten behind the old tiles. They tiled the floor and walls for us also. The bathroom looks brilliant couldn’t be happier, more than happy to trust them when not at the property and to top it all off when they were finished I went out to my garage so that I could take all of the rubbish to the tip and they had beat me to it. Will be hiring again for my second bathroom shortly!
