Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

John was a nice chap who gave an honest assessment of our problem. John determined that there was not a fault with our plumbing and therefore we were only required to pay for his investigation effort. He was on time, polite and reasonably priced.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

We used Fabio to turn our family bathroom into two ensuite wet room shower rooms. We found him very honest and reliable, working weekends to get the job done in time! We did have additional costs but in fairness that was due to our house and us not knowing what we actually wanted to do, not him. But even so he was very reasonable and would use him again on the next project!

Ziggy retiled the path to our house in March and is very professional, hard working and conscientious. Ziggy kept in touch throughout the work, sending pictures and updates of his work. When we had trouble with some of the materials we had bought from Topps Tiles, he went to great lengths to sort it out, working extra days and not finishing the work until he was satisfied it was done to the highest standards.
