I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Absolutely fantastic service. We had cracks in our two main bedrooms, hallways and living room that needed repairing whilst we were living in the house with a baby and small child. Tilly got three men on the job to get it all completed asap. The team worked flat out without breaks and got done in 2.5 days (Tilly quoted aprox 3 days). They did over and above what I’d asked them to painting areas they hadn’t even replastered to make the hose look fresh. Tilly quoted & charged very reasonably too.

With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

They had a new boiler ordered and picked up that night and came back first thing the next day to fix it. Honest, friendly and had my new boiler fitted within a few hours. We made a mistake by hiring Plumb Monkey for this job. The cost of the job doubled as soon as our old bathroom unit had been removed and the standard of their work leaves a lot to be desired. The shower unit leaks, the sink taps were not installed properly, the silicone beading was done very poorly, the toilet wobbles, the tile grout cracked within two weeks of them leaving the job. Basic errors were made on the first fix which needed to be remediated. Nice enough guys but not very skilled plumbers/bathroom

Did a fabulous job on my back yard concrete patio which was crumbling in places and needed levelling. Also suggested adding another step to a rather steep step in place already which made perfect sense and he did a great job with that too. Took 1 day and sent photos of the site after work. Very impressed and very happy with the outcome. I recommend this company and will be using them again on other jobs in the future.

Had work done from this trade person. tiles had movement after 6 months start to crack had a professional to come rectify work. Tiles was installed not correctly. Adhesive blobbled on to tiles not even spread evenly!
