Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Very quick response to my initial post although identifying the probable source of the leak took some time. After I accepted their quotation for remediation there was quite a wait for the bathroom team to become available. When work started the team were knowledgeable, explaining the various issues that they encountered and offering sensible solutions. He renovated a bathroom: boarded the staircase slope, plastered, tiled, updated electrics and fitted all sanitary ware. He levelled and laid the wooden floor, fitted skirting boards, installed 7 sliding pocket door systems with oak doors, and adjusted radiators/plumbing. Outstanding workmanship and quality.
