I can’t recommend Laurentiu and his assistant Reece more highly. They completely gutted & refurbished my downstairs cloakroom in two and a half days and it is fabulous. I love it. Daniel provided a competitive quote. I wanted Howdens kitchen and he allowed me to directly deal with Howdens. So in effect I paid the Howdens trader price. The best part was for him to suggest some additional work which made a lot difference. I really appreciate him for that. He charged extra but it was worth it. Daniel and Team worked very professionally and finished the work as agreed. The most important is that Daniel is a good man. I will definitely call him for future work. Highly recommed
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

In a nutshell, Marius and his team are great. They're kind, respectful and Marius is always available to answer every question you have - he def is the most knowledgeable builder I've spoken to. You get a very transparent estimate and sign a contract, for both parties' peace of mind. If extras come up, Marius openly discuss them with you before taking any action - my job required quite a few and Marius was also great to stay competitive price-wise whilst keeping the quality of the work sky-high.
