Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Growing up in North West London my grandparents came from large families, with many brother and sisters both my ( English and a tad Irish ) Nan and Grandad had nothing, Thankfully my Nans family got into fruit and veg and had all the fruit and veg stalls in Kilburn for a bit, my Nan having one of them advised my Grandad to give up painting and focus on Fruit and Veg. Through hard work and determination coupled with being good with people that very stall ( next to what was woolworths now Iceland ) meant my mum and aunt could benefit and have the things my Nan and Grandad couldn't. My ( Greek Cypriot ) Dad was taught the skill by my Grandparents as he was my father and would go on to Make a successful Fruit and Veg shop in Golders Green in which I'm extremely proud of. Working in this shop as you would go into it on the right used to be ' A business built on customer satisfaction '. You see it isn't the building game but it's all the same to me, we serve the customers and we leave them Satisfied Every Single time. That's the name of the game. My Grandad would later teach me how to paint and my Nan would teach me how to work with oil based paints and the rest is history. To me personally when a customer decides to proceed with SDL PKB it always fills me with a rush of Pride, Joy, Greatfullness and Enthusiasm. Hi I'm Richard from South Norwood. First of all I would like to thank you for reading my profile. I'm a sole trader with over forty years experience in home and office improvement and repair. I have worked on a sub-contract basis for a reputable local company for over thirty-five years. My main trades are partitioning, fitting kitchens and bathrooms including plumbing, floor and wall tiling and decorating. I'm also experienced in other trades such as fitting laminate flooring and decking, carpentry and plasterboarding walls and ceilings. I believe it takes no longer to do a good job than it does to do a poor one. I had a High school education and attained o-levels in English, Maths, Geography and Technical drawing. I also am a qualified first aider and I take a refresher course every three years.
Richard did a superb job in putting up shelves, coat rails and curtains for us. He was bang on time, efficient and an absolute pro. He was also an absolutely lovely chap too, a pleasure to talk to and I felt completely comfortable leaving him to work while I worked upstairs. I couldn't recommend Richard highly enough.

With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.
