Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Vlad worked very hard, helped me to make decisions by listening and advising, then produced neat work and left everything very tidy. I'd definitely recommend him and his work.
