Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Jonathan was massively knowledgeable in advising us what needed done in our bathrooms. He quoted us really fairly, helping us see what needed done and what really needed money spent on. He was first class in terms of communication and timekeeping. And he completed the job on time and to a high standard. Will definitely be using him again in the future, and would highly recommend.
