Gene was absolutely brilliant refitted a new shower tray and replaced all the old tiles for us. Cleaned up all the rubbish and no mess left behind. Would highly recommend him for the jobs you need doing.

From the first very discussion where he advised us on the best design and components etc. he came back multiple times as we were confirming tiles and construction and always explained clearly the process with Attention to detail. He accommodated our timescale, completing two bathrooms whilst we were on holiday, meaning zero mess and great bathrooms when we returned. Im a plumber with 18years experience, i do not touch heating systems as im not gas registerd, im reliable and respond with in 24 hours to view/fix problem. Carry most materiels on van unless its a specific item then that can be arranged.. I also do pvcu, door lock/cylinder lock changes

Gave a good quote which I accepted. I felt confident he knew his stuff and would do a good job. But then was a no-show. Offered some vague dates. Didn't hear anything for over a week. Got a message saying he'd had a family emergency (hope all was okay). A week later tried to call me once while I was out so I couldn't answer, but never tried to get back to me. Disappointing. Job still needs doing.

Although they did a good job, I had a slow leak and the shower cubicle handle has since fallen off. They came out to fix the toilet leak, but it started leaking again straight after. Never returned to do the handle as promised
