Chris was excellent from start to finish. From the first very discussion where he advised us on the best design and components etc. he came back multiple times as we were confirming tiles and construction and always explained clearly the process with Attention to detail. He accommodated our timescale, completing two bathrooms whilst we were on holiday, meaning zero mess and great bathrooms when we returned. Overall a great experience from start to finish,we highly recommend Chris and would use him again.

Gave a good quote which I accepted. I felt confident he knew his stuff and would do a good job. But then was a no-show. Offered some vague dates. Didn't hear anything for over a week. Got a message saying he'd had a family emergency (hope all was okay). A week later tried to call me once while I was out so I couldn't answer, but never tried to get back to me. Disappointing. Job still needs doing.

We would highly recomend Sam and Jim , thanks to various bathroom leaks we had to replace our rotting bathroom floor and were just going to do this with a new shower - however for a very reasonable price, and sticking within our budget, Sam and Jim were able to design and fit a completely new bathroom for us which looks amazing . They went above and beyond the work quoted for, correcting poor work done by previous workmen and I wish i could give them an extra star they were that good. Highly recomend.

Extremely pleased with the work carried out by Richard and his team in fitting a new shower room. Clean and tidy work within budget even though some small extras were added during fitting. Would highly recommend Professional Property Maintenance to anyone. More than impressed with the kind and considerate manner in which the whole job was conducted and want to thank Richard for rearranging the job when things were put on hold due to a medical issue.
