Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.
Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

My job for Stefan was fitting 4m? of LVT flooring in my loft en-suite shower room. Wall edges were straight but the flooring needed to fit around a 900mm quadrant shower tray. The fit of the flooring around all edges, not just the shower tray, falls short of satisfactory but he advised me to buy sealant and finish the job myself. I have contacted another flooring contractor to see if he can salvage the job and make it more acceptable to a reasonable standard. Overall I am very disappointed with his work.

Plasterboarded over air brick . And didnt think of filling in holes in ceiling ! Also the finish of the plstering was really rough in places . Not what i would call professional at all .

He really wanted to do a good job, very friendly and put the hours in until the job was completed to my satisfaction. We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.
