Marcin came on time and put effort to dismantle a writing desk and tasks related to taking down a few curtain poles and a mirror. He also kindly helped with a cupboard’s wooden piece that came off and needed to be inserted back. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by the Kierda Construction. We renovated our porch, toilet and bathroom (completely gutted). Quote was clear. They have completed everything in a timely manner. During the works I wasn't at home, but they kept me updated on everything. Very respectful of the property and high quality work done. Nicolae was great to work with, very accommodating, quick and unphased by bad weather. Did an excellent job with the blockwork at a good price and a good job with the plastering, which was little bit more expensive, but worth the assurance of having the same person do both jobs. Alex did an excellent job removing an old radiator and installing a new vertical radiator in a slightly different position on the wall. He was very diligent, the work to do the pipe chasing got quite dusty, but he kept everything very clean and in good order. Would definitely recommend and use again if I need to

A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!
