Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Energy supplier visited to inspect boiler, gas leak detected. Energy supplier advised that floor would need to come up. Sa Plumbing phoned me within 30mins of putting a job request up and attended and hour or so later.
