Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Sean came out and gave me a very reasonable quote for removal of an old cold water and a hot water tank and connecting my flat directly to mains water. He installed a new hot water tank and it has been great! First shower was so powerful compared to what it was before. He spent time explaining things and tidied everything up.
