Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Hi I’m Ricky of third generation electrical, lets start with the name.... so as I’m sure you’ve guessed I’m a third generation electrician following on from my grandfather and father. We have over 100years experience in the electrical trade under our belts combined and I grew up helping out both my grandfather and father to earn my pocket money. Now at the age of 35 and nearly 20 years experience myself I’ve decided to set up third generation electrical and put all the knowledge we have gained to good use in and around Bristol, the company is new and it’s just me working atm but who knows where we could be in 2019?? One thing I can promise is I will always be somewhere when I say I will and I’m very punctual also cleanliness is a must so will always have a dust sheet and tidy up behind myself. Dan visited and gave me a quote for the job. He then turned up with Tom to help on the day and have to say they did a very tidy job of strimming the grass, raking it up and clearing. Chopped up a dead tree which had fallen onto the land into logs and stacked tidy. They did what I asked them to do and were polite and informative in letting me know when they could next be here. Decent guys!

Marcus and Jamie fitted a kitchen and floor for us last year. Marcus said after they were finally finished that it had been one of the most awkward and most problematic kitchens they had ever done. Not through any fault of theirs. Wrong parts delivered and endless new unforseen issues. All handled with patience & understanding.
