Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Although the original start date was changed to the following day I was kept informed and had been flexible about the start date anyway. Vlad worked very hard, helped me to make decisions by listening and advising, then produced neat work and left everything very tidy. I'd definitely recommend him and his work.
