He examined the wet room floor saying that there was possible damaged underneath and the drain system was not suitable. He first identified the root cause of the issue, then explained what he will do, then updated us regularly. Over several months, he repeatedly promised to remove a large amount of timber left behind in my garden after the job, but simply failed to turn up. As I do not own a car, I now will need to pay someone to do it
