Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Rhodes builders were 1 of 10 companies who quoted on our extension. Josh was only 1 of 2 that we considered giving the job too. The other was similar on price, the other 7 or 8 either didn't provide prices, didn't bring a tape measure or simply didn't follow up when they said that they would. Josh was reliable, arrived on time, when he said he would & from the first day to the last did everything that he said he would. A small company, Josh had 3 other people working with him. We're very happy. Excellent.
We offer a complete service of renovations from small bathroom revamps to complete house renovations. We have fully qualified tradesmen with niceic for electrical works and gas safe for plumbing. All our work is carried out to a very high standard with a 12 month warranty.
Hired paul to reconfigure my kitchen. He did not complete the job and walked out after 3 weeks leaving numerous jobs unfinished. Many things they did have had to be redone, the finish was shoddy and I don't think he knows what a right angle is. Would obviously not recommend, other tradesmen that have seen his workmanship have told me to report him to trading standards. He left me with a half finished job, saying he was not able to achieve the level of finish I was looking for.

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Not a comfortable experience. Upped the price upon completion after agreement. Agreement had already been pushed beyond the max quote. Had to come back out the following day to put right a leak left behind & stuffed badly made holes through exterior wall with kitchen towel. The work already needs rectifying again & new tradesperson is miffed at the work done & price charged. Feel vulnerable leaving this as he talked about someone else who’d left a negative review to me.
