The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

Wonderful job. The quality of the finished product far surpassed our expectations. We asked for tiling and ended up with a full shower room such was the versatility of the team. I found Darren to be friendly and professional. His quotes were reasonable. The jobs changed slightly once the work started and Darren took the time to explain the options. Some changes required additional money from me but I was happy to pay as the end result was worth it. I would definitely ask Darren for quotes in the future.
