My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Fedor and his team are polite, hard-working and extremely talented. It was a complicated job and Fedor handled it brilliantly. Ivan is a top, top quality carpenter who built us a bespoke TV unit that looks as good as any I've seen. I would highly recommend Ivan and he's as good as you'll find anywhere. He's also a good bloke, very professional and drew up very detailed plans for the unit and went through them with us before the build. Thanks Ivan, my wife and I are delighted with the unit.

Pasa and Chris carried out a refurb of our kitchen this week. New quartz worktops, new sink, hobs, tiling etc. All carried out without fuss in less than three days. Work done to very high standard in a clean and tidy manner. Kept us fully informed throughout of work being done and any issues arising for our agreement. Can't praise Pasa and his workmates highly enough and fully recomend their work. Very well done. Would not hesitate to use Pasa again.

Iurie was swift to respond and attend. His work ethic was good and so was the skirting. The only setback was tidying up after himself. Aside from this, he was good to have around and offered his services for other work.
