Luke did an amazing job! He was diligent, was always early and knows how to act courteously in someone's home. His attention to detail is first class and takes his time planning how the end product will look and feel. He is a credit to his trade. I would use him again and recommend him without hesitation.

Stud wall, light fitting and radiator fitting plus plastering. Very pleased with all the work carried out. Is to a very high standard and completed promptly and tidily. Even put some board back up in in my porch as an added 'freebie' Would definitely recommend. Steve and Debbie M30

I would give ten stars if I could ,this young man has made an old lady happy,as simple as the job may have been it has made me feel better for having the light fittings changed which I've been looking at for one year now and it's wonderful to have proper light ...lol ...I will be having more work done by this lovely young man and Thankyou Mike God bless you and see you soon . Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

the damaged ceiling on the landing was taken down and re-plastered. All the rubbish was removed and the area cleaned. I will be using them again in the future.
