Hi, i have been doing plastering and home maintenance for 25 years so you know you are going to get the job done properly and with little inconvenience to you.
We have now used David on a number of occasions and well continue to do so. Nice guy and he always does a great job.
We cover all building works. However we specialise in plastering and brick/blockwork qualified bricklayer and plasterer 14 years experience public liabillty insurance and employer insurance.
Sam impressed from the off when invited out to provide a quotation, asking pertinent questions I had not even considered. Before work commenced he ensured a meeting with my architect and ran through technical specs. The work itself has surpassed our aspirations. He kept the site tidy throughout and it is clear he takes pride in his work. is communication throughout was also excellent, often using his initiative when a cost neutral desicion needed to be made, but checking with me for all else.
Highly recommend Stuart. Fast quote, friendly, excellent service and value, did a fabulous job for us and left no mess. We sre really haappy with the loft ladder system and have no hesitation recommending him. Will definitely use again in the future.

As a traditional time served stonemason of nearly 30 years SVQ level 3 (PDA level 6) stonemasonry certificate and a (PDA level 7) Advanced stonemasonry certificate. well versed in conservation and restoration practices working to the highest of standards and keeping jobs cost effective .Customer care and satisfaction is the main aim at mdstone.
Mark came out at short notice (over the weekend) to quote for work. Work needed wasn't quite in his area but he gave some very helpful advice.

Andy and Ryan did a great job. They turned up on time, kept me informed of costs and progress throughout and worked tidy. Whilst there I also asked them to do some plumbing repairs and to fit a laminate floor on the living room, which they completed to a high standard. Would definately use again and would recommend.
I used paul macmillan, the selfemployed tradesman who was excellent in all 3 categories of rating. I would certainly use this man again. and would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends.

Great job carried out, answered all the questions I had in a friendly and helpful way. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for quality building work for a reasonable price.
The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

Simon did a good job laying the flooring and his cost was competitive. He was also very flexible, collecting and returning the keys to the property manager. I would definitely hire him again.
