Really good at keeping us informed if anything changed or delays occurred so that we could reorganise in plenty of time. Made such a difference. And we are delighted with his work, his pleasant attitude and good humour. We will be using his services again and again.

John and Dane were fantastic - highly recommend Chaucer Paving! Excellent standard of work, turned up early every day and got the job done in very difficult circumstances (covid pandemic) right up to / immediately after the UK lock down, and observed social distancing respectfully at all times. Helpful, polite, hard-working, reasonably priced and did a great job. I look forward to calling John again when we need a new fence out the front. Thanks guys! (job was laying new patio/fencing/gate/shed base)

I cannot speak highly enough of Quintt of PC & P. Turned up to quote exactly on time, fully explained the work that he would carry out and gave a very competitive quote. Moved other work around as ours was a bit of a rush job. Turned up on time to start work, sheeted up the conservatory floor (important for 'er indoors") and proceeded to complete a brilliant plastering job. Probably the best tradesman we have ever used. Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.

Jim was friendly, reliable, and great value for money. The work took a couple of days longer than expected due to the density of the mortar in our brickwork but this didn't affect the original quote and it was great to have a tradesman who got on with his work but also happy to chat and explain the whole process.

Arrived on time and did the job required. I.e. reduce a hawthorn hedge by approx . 3 feet. The pruning was achieved in record time but at the expense of clearing the site. properly. Bits of hedge were left in mine and my neighbour's garden and in the road. I had to complete the job and ended up taking 4 large bags to the recycling centre. Disappointed.

I used Oli to clear part of the garden in our new house, he was diligent and reliable, turned up on time and did exactly what I needed him to do with and he just got on with it. I will certainly consider using him again on the larger landscaping work we intend and I am happy to recommend him.

AJ did a great job repairing our shed roof - initially he quoted for replacing the felt but when he inspected he said it could be repaired saving us money. He kept us well informed about the job - we would recommend his company.

Absolutely brilliant! Alin worked really hard to achieve some great results. I am too far away to be able to maintain my mum's garden on a regular basis but now I have total confidence that going forward, this company will be able to do this for me.
