Firstly, the new composite decking was done extremely well by Alf and his team. Great communication from him and cannot fault anything thing him or his team did. But, since the decking was done there have now been two occasions that one of the decking lights have failed. 1st defect was a wiring issue which was resolved by the electrician Conor, the current fault has now been resolved. From the planning to the execution, Viorel was very professional and courteous to my elderly mother. Viorel encountered many challenges including the plumbing with surface pipes on solid walls that he completely re-routed and made invisible. His eye for detail and his mindset to solve problems is what sets him apart from other Trades I have used before. The tiling and finish is excellent and I have no problem recommending him to anyone. In fact i intend to use Viorel again on upcoming projects.
So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. Jim was friendly, reliable, and great value for money. The work took a couple of days longer than expected due to the density of the mortar in our brickwork but this didn't affect the original quote and it was great to have a tradesman who got on with his work but also happy to chat and explain the whole process.
