David removed a chimney stack and supported with gallow brackets in the loft. He was always on time, tidied up after himself and communicated during the process. The job was signed off by the council who David liaised with to ensure the work was carried out as required. Won't hesitate to use David again for future work.

Job posted - 2 x double garage- 10 meters x 7 meters, Shed 5.5meters x 3.6 meters, Green house base 12ft x 8 ft. use of mixed pack bricks ration 5:4:2. Turned up on time, meet the timings of the job requirement, workmanship of good standard, buildings looks fantastic, flexible in design changes, communication great, supported the building process. I will be having this team come back and work for me on the re-modelling of our house. I have found my brick layers for the future.

Solum have done a great job on our patio and on the artificial grass. Some extra finishing touches were added without change to the original quote. We had 25 fence panels including concrete posts and gravel boards fitted.The work was completed within the timescale indicated on the quotation and started on time. Andy communicated well via emails and telephone calls during the quotation period and was happy to re-quote on two occasions when we changed our specification of fence. We will be recommending them to our neighbours and friends . Very pleased with the quality and service. Excellent value for money.
