I have been a professional roofer for 38 years started on schools then worked my way on to ministry of defence. Now I just enjoy doing domestic and commercial roofs.
Avoid Wayne from Blackwell Roofing. He quoted £380 based on photos, then came to view the job from the ground—no proper inspection. He later climbed a ladder with no safety gear, started tearing down fascia, then suddenly claimed the job was £1,600. When I asked him to stop, he became aggressive, shouting and throwing tools and wood down dangerously. I felt threatened and unsafe in my own home. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and intimidating. Do not hire him.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Their challenge was to strip my flat roof & replace years of bodged felt , rotten boarding & rotten joists. They were highly professional, communicative, organised & very skilled in their undertaking of my job. I was extremely nervous & anxious about making a choice for this work with my knowledge of the trade being zero. I definitely made the right choice! Valentino has done a fantastic job of bathroom and kitchen refurbishment. He has delivered what he had promised no hidden charges and no false promises. Very reliable and soft spoken. He uses the best material in the market so quality of product is very good. He did the facia as well which is also of very good specifications. Eltion did a fantastic job of painting my flat. He is the ultimate professional, came to see my as soon as I posted the job to give me a quote and is great at keeping the communication flowing. I went on holiday for a week while he was painting and he would send e daily updates with photos and videos. He even fixed a few of the niggles around the property for me. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

AVOID ! At all cost, honestly getting flooring done is so expensive and this company came ruined my new purchase herringbone flooring by laying it completely wrong! They don’t know what they are doing and have no skill. They are messy dust everywhere my walls sofa cushions, curtains everything is a mess. I stopped them and told them not to come back after paying an initial £600 wish I never paid anything now going to open a dispute. Awful is me being nice avoid these people!
