Received an immediate response to a leak that had become critical on New Year's Eve. John & team came out straight away, put measures in place to prevent the situation worsening and gave a very thorough assessment of the job at a good price. As soon as my insurance claim was granted the work was completed quickly. The leak was not only remedied but the bathroom plumbing restored to a much more reliable and secure standard. The reason for my ratings is as follows:- I’ve rated 3 stars for quality as he didn’t really do much to rate. I’ve rated 1 star for price as £65 for 25 minute job is really poor considering part was only few pounds. Wouldn’t recommend this company as very expensive, only reason we used them was struggling to find anyone else.
