Nick offered advice on alternative solutions to our problem. We agreed the work, price and time and everything was done as agreed. Nick is is polite, reliable and willing to discuss options in order to offer the best solutions and the quality of his and his colleagues' work is excellent. Tom came around to quote exactly when he said he would. Provided a very competitive price for the work. The work was completed when he said he would (despite the horrendous weather) and he also provided videos of before and after work so I could see exactly what had been carried out. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Great communication. My house needed loose rendering removed. Brickwork underneath repointing, Main fault traced and repaired with new guttering. Finally finished with 2 coats of stone paint. My house has been transformed. Thank you

I couldn't rate Chris and his team highly enough. There's been great communication through the process, they've worked around our timeline, and gave a great cost breakdown in the quote. I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. Lewis did an excellent job with my lawn! He was punctual, professional, and really thorough with the grass cutting. The edges were neat, the lawn looks tidy, and he left everything clean afterwards. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. I’ll definitely be using his service again and highly recommend Lewis to anyone looking for reliable lawn care.

Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

Due to the roofer making substandard repairs to my roof last year, a continuos leak caused the landing ceiling to collapse. I put the job on the 'rated people' app and withing a few hours, Richard Hunter from R&H roofing got in touch. He was very reassuring on the phone, so I made an appoint for him to survey the job. The lads arrived on time for the survey and were very polite and courteous. They carried out a very thourough and efficient survey, pointing out the problems and showing me the evidence.
