He examined our faulty windows with care and with attention to detail and he also pointed out many other faults that we had not noticed. Tom was pleasant and on time he did a marvelous job of my flat pack (king size ottoman bed). I also had him do re grouting in my bathroom. The price was okay considering he had been there all day.

We had our wooden back door replaced for a new uPVC one on 21/10/11 and were very pleased with the job. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.

Although the original start date was changed to the following day I was kept informed and had been flexible about the start date anyway. Vlad worked very hard, helped me to make decisions by listening and advising, then produced neat work and left everything very tidy. I'd definitely recommend him and his work.
