Phil responded very quickly and came to the property to assess the damage and within a couple of days had fitted a temp roof cover with extra protection to stop further damage. This has been followed up with a fair quote for a full repair weather permitting very soon. Phil also went the extra mile by supplying a de-humidifier to dry out the area within the property that was affected by water ingress. He is also attentive to correspondence and calls. I needed my garden shed removing, because it had begun to deteriorate, and there was almost a forest growing around it. The young man who completed the work did a grand job. He dismantled the shed in a very short time, and he took it all away from the site. I will need my garage re-roofing in the spring, and have decide to give the work to BSM. I highly recommend this company.

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

Owen Jones mishandled my house rewire while I was in lockdown in England and could not supervise. He left work unfinished (which I could not tell by the pics he sent so I paid for complete job), He left live wire outside where my outside light should have been installed, he left the electrical socket box on the wet floor behind my washing machine. He did not re-connect my jetted bath tub, nor did he provide me with a signed off certificate. I now have to hire another electrician. DO NOT HIRE
