George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Mana and Frank did an amazing job painting our stairs and landing. They were very professional and polite. We had just had new carpets put in and they ensured they were covered and protected before starting the paint work. We are very pleased with the paint work and will definitely use them again! Mana was also very helpful prior to the work commencing and advised me on what paint to buy for the woodwork etc. Mana was also quick to respond to my queries which made the whole process easy and smooth!

Would not recommend this company. Lack of communication about start date. Numerous excuses about delays at factory re frames then glass. Work eventually completed . Felt pressured to pay balance even though I was not completely satisfied with the job.

Did work which was described. Thought extra was a bit expensive so didn’t go ahead. Came down in price as soon as I said it was too expensive. Stated the tiles were and felt were loose. I saw from the picture it was just the end cap that had moved and was no problem. Stated he would have needed to reset it and if not it would leak. I had a new roof done within the past 5 years.

Really pleased with the sound proofing work Nigel has done. I was experiencing daily noise from the tumble dryers and vibrations & noise from the washing machines in the Communal Laundry serving 40 flats . The laundry is situated below my flat . Following the work Nigel has done for me, I can no longer hear the tumble dryers. The noise & vibrations from the washing machines has decreased by at least 80%, which is great and more than I expected due to the nature of how some other residents use the laundry.

This rating is for the refurbishment of downstairs cloakroom, ensuite and main bathrooms. Probably not the cheapest but the work was completed to a high standard and all tradesmen were pleasant and understood our requirements.
