Job half done. Wasn’t able to get to site on the day to manage, but assumed Mark was there as we’d had a few conversations and shared a few photos. Don’t believe now that he was. Promised multiple times to come back and finish but kept not turning up and blaming on workers letting him down. Never once letting me know beforehand. Now gone very quiet on WhatsApp chat so paid full price for half job.

Jason came to give us a quote for relatively small pieces of roofing work. I would normally want to get several quotes but I felt comfortable and confident enough that I was being given an honest assessment of the work required and at a reasonable price that I asked him to go ahead with the work immediately. Work was completed in a timely manner and appears to be good quality.
