From quote to starting the job, they did what they said they would, turned up when they said they would, whilst doing the jobs (efficiently and well), they noticed other work that needed doing - took photos where it was impossible for us to see and quoted on the work. Dan was able to provide a quick quote based on photos provided and measurements given. Whilst there were a few initial problems with moving the date he was supposed to come, when he arrived he kept my parents updated as to what he was doing. We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. Kris was amazing! His work ethic is second to none. Arrived on time and would not leave until he was finished which was 12 hours later (!) due to my non-square house and he would not let me pay him more! I have already booked him for another job because finding reliable and skilled tradesmen who charge very reasonable rates is like gold dust. I imagine he will be in demand so if he quotes and he is not immediately available my advice would be wait until he has availability.

They did a poor job painting my doors. Three days later the paint is already in a poor state and flaking off. I can share photos showing the state of the door after they finished painting it. They were in a rush to do the whole work in a day. They put wood filler and painted on it before it was dry. I suspect this is why the paint cracked as the filler dried and contracted. They didn't sand the interior side and just painted on top of the old paint. I will have to sand it and repaint it.
