I put out a request for a plumber as I wasn't confident in doing it myself as i was changing a toilet with a concealed cistern to a toilet with bidet.. Sam responded almost immediately and came round to have a look and emailed me a quote the same day..It wasn't as straight forward as first thought but Sam was so patient with the job and wouldn't finish till he was satisfied (and me too). Very polite and friendly. Did the work I asked for. Left it looking much tidier. And the garden was a mess. My only little niggle was I asked for the lawn edge to be trimmed but he did not have any shears on him. Otherwise no problems. Took all the rubbish away. I will have him back to do maintenance on the garden in the future.

They did a great job at taking my garden waste, although the original quote was lower than the quote they gave me after inspecting the task, they quoted before the job but failed to inform it didn't include VAT, which knocked the quoted price up by 20%. Would've been 5 stars if they were clearer with the price. However I cannot fault the work, and it needed to be done.
